We are equipped with the highest-level competitiveness in our respective fields. I take a lead role my job by taking initiative based on my expertise with a sense of accountability so that my coworkers can depend on me and not cover for my shortcomings or faults. Since I stay competitive in my professional talent, my company has been a good partner growing together with me.
Unnecessary processes or performance-based business practices are not helpful to achieving our ultimate goals. When possible, messages should be delivered using efficient e-mail messages as opposed to elaborate PowerPoint presentations. Employees shall always consider if meetings are held or reports are created for the sake of their own sake lacking a real reason.
It is poor judgment to consider the interests between individuals or departments with the customers excluded or compromise conformably. We should remember that our creation of the best performance and sustainable growth are ultimately based on the customer satisfaction. It is poor judgment to put oneself first or compromise between personal and departmental interests above customers. We must not forget that the foundation on which we can create the best performance and grow continuously begins with customer satisfaction.
It is detrimental to get accustomed to inertia or status quo by making only minor changes and relying on what has already been accomplished. The reason is that changes in the world don’t happen gradually in most cases. In a dynamic, unpredictable business environment, a safer and smarter solution is being flexible to respond to changes and nimble to implement plans.
If a problem in the work process is found, employees shall work to fix and change the process without passively enduring the problem. Forming a habit of discovering causes and related solutions rather than adapting to the status quo will collectively make us smarter step-by-step.
Vague work instructions or requests for cooperation can lead to misunderstandings and bad outcomes. It is necessary in dialogue to explain the ‘Why’ as well as ‘What’ and ‘How’. The point of good dialogue should be objective feedback rather than subjective criticism.
